1. Introduction

Welcome to DayQuality, a food-ordering and delivery platform operated by Aapnn.com ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms are governed under Indian law and align with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. By accessing or using DayQuality, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Legal Entity Declaration

DayQuality is owned and operated by Aapnn.com, registered under the Companies Act, 2013, and headquartered in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

All vendors must hold valid FSSAI licenses under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Vendors are solely responsible for food quality, hygiene, and packaging.

Violation may result in account suspension.

5. Consumer Protection

All customers are entitled to rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Complaints may be addressed to support@dailyquality.com or to the local Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Customers pay through secure online gateways. Vendors pay a monthly rental to Aapnn.com.

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. All transactions include applicable GST under the CGST/SGST Act, 2017.

7. User Obligations

Users agree not to misuse the app, violate Indian laws, or engage in fraudulent activity. Vendors must maintain accurate listings and prices.

8. Data Privacy

Personal data is handled per the IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Electronic Contract

Under Section 10A of the IT Act, 2000, this agreement is legally binding electronically.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

11. Limitation of Liability

Aapnn.com is not liable for food quality, delay, or negligence of vendors. Liability is limited to the value of the transaction concerned.


PRIVACY POLICY

1. Legal Basis

This Privacy Policy complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000; IT (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011; and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

All data is stored securely within Indian servers for a duration necessary to fulfill service obligations or up to seven years per taxation law.

Information may be shared with vendors, payment gateways, or logistics partners under strict confidentiality. No data is sold or rented.

The platform uses SSL encryption, firewalls, and periodic audits as mandated under Rule 8 of IT Rules, 2011.

In the event of a breach, users and authorities will be notified per Rule 8 of IT Rules, 2011.
